Our Travel Philosophy
"At Ciao and Cheers, we believe that the best way to see the world is through the eyes of the people who call it home. Whether you are wandering through the sun-drenched hills of Italy or the emerald coastlines of Ireland, our tours are designed to take you deeper.
We bypass the crowded tourist traps to bring you into the heart of the local culture. You’ll spend your days meeting master artisans in their workshops—from generational potters in Tuscany to traditional weavers in the Irish countryside. When the day is done, you’ll retreat to gorgeous, hand-selected accommodations that reflect the soul of the region, from historic villas to luxury manor houses.
We don't just show you a destination; we introduce you to its people, its flavors, and its hidden corners. Whether you’re saying Ciao or Cheers, you’re coming home with a story, not just a souvenir."

A Journey Divinely Appointed
"It all began with a simple girls' trip to Italy—a journey that turned out to have life changing possibilities. Our group was led by Rob McLaughlin, (www.robmclaughlinphotagraphy.com) a man who spent the last decade meticulously researching, planning, and leading tours through the heart of Italy and Ireland. While immersed in the beauty of the Italian landscape, Rob shared that he was ready to find an apprentice to carry on his legacy. My curiosity was instantly piqued and I began to imagine myself in this role. I finally discovered what I want to do when I grow up and it feels like a dream come true. I am so excited to be to be given this opportunity and I feel truly blessed to have Rob as my mentor. As the grateful beneficiary of his years of hard work and expertise, my mission is to lead you with the same care and detail that Rob perfected, introducing you to the very places where I fell in love with Italy. With Rob's guidance, I can’t wait to share this adventure with you. Ciao for now!"
